Abstract

This thesis talks about the changes introduced to the court of appeal in criminal cases in order to ensure the independence of the judiciary and to increase the confidence of the people in the fairness of the court. In addition, what conveniences and opportunities will arise as a result of the reforms of the courts of appeal, possible problems and suggestions for their solutions are given.
