Abstract

The article examines the processes related to investments in the national economy, including attracting foreign investments and improving the ways of their effective use. The importance of capital investments in the economic development of the regions was considered. A scientific proposal and practical recommendations on improving the system of attracting investments to innovative-investment activities in enterprises have been formulated.
