Abstract

Labor productivity is an indicator of the economic efficiency of the work of employees. It is determined by the amount of the produced product or the amount of services provided in relation to the labor costs, that is, by the product produced at the expense of the unit of labor costs. The level of development of society and well-being of all its members depends on the level of labor productivity and its growth. In addition, the level of labor productivity determines the method of production and even the social-political system itself.
