The content of the article is a socio-economic analysis of the labor force in the country, their impact on GDP growth on the basis of theoretical knowledge. Through statistics, it leads to the creation of a pension system, its economic impact on the country's budget and an increase in the retirement age. Ways to achieve economic growth in our country based on the analysis of the future prospects of the labor force have been studied in practice.
