Experts argue that the effectiveness of the existing wage system for employees of the educational sphere is insufficient, which leads to a lack of interest in ensuring the quality of student training. In particular, the principle of financing educational institutions based on the number of students leads to the fact that the educational institution seeks to fill out all the vacancies in the entrance exams, while the level of training of applicants will no longer be a decisive factor in admission.
