Abstract

One of the factors determining the economic potential of India and Uzbekistan within the framework  of global innovative development and pandemic is the expenses on the research and development in relation to the gross domestic product (GDP). In this regard this article is devoted to the research of the experience of two countries and their cooperation in improving their efficiency.
