Improving the market of insurance services through digital technologies

The article examines the international experience of insurance regulation in the United States, the European Union and its member states, such as the United Kingdom, Germany and the developed countries of Asia, Japan and China. The article also analyzes the changes and trends related to the regulation of insurance activities worldwide in the context of globalization. Based on the results of the study, proposals and recommendations for the application of advanced and modern forms of insurance regulation in the practice of insurance activities in Uzbekistan have been developed.
