Abstract

This article highlights the importance of creating an internal and external environment necessary for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. The development of the legal basis of efforts to support entrepreneurship in the country, the problems that are obstacles to entrepreneurship, and the implementation of the proposals made by the head of the country to solve these problems in open dialogues with entrepreneurs have been studied.
